Two Powerful Ingredients for a Very Effective Weight Loss!

Most of us have given up trying to lose that extra belly fat, and that resisting eating sugary stuff is just impossible.  Who would say no to that oreo cheesecake staring back at you from a bakery store??  Exercising takes so much time especially with that very hectic schedule this generation has, I am not saying that we could skip exercising, sometimes we couldn’t just find time to do it on a daily basis especially if that amount of fats hanging on the side of the belly require much of effort to get rid of.

I decided to write this blog because for the first time I have found something that really worked on me.  Though I was hesitant to try it at first, I am very grateful that I did.

I was wondering why I keep on gaining weight when I had always gone easy on meals, my plate just had enough to fill my tumtum each time.  But there was one thing I could never resist munching a lot on, SWEETS!  When I started reading up and found that sugar is the main culprit of my weight gain, I researched why I’ve always craved for it, why indulging on sweets satisfies me like no other.

My research concluded that it can be 2 things:

  • Stress

  • Parasites in my gut.

We binge eating on comfort food when we are stressed at work or in our personal lives, but why am I just bingeing on sugary stuff??  So this made me re-think that it might be the parasites, as gross as it can be, I have to take my chances and try to get rid of them.

Parasites in the body take away our energy, so for our body to have a quick boost of energy, we eat sweets, glucose in sugar gives an instant energy boost, however it makes our body retain more fluids thus making us appear fat and bloated.  However, in the end we feel drowsy and always exhausted, not to mention that insomnia that strikes every night.  At the same time, it forms layers of fats to protect these organisms; so the more parasites we have, the more layers of fats it will have to produce.

Therefore, in order to vanish the sugar cravings, we have to eradicate the main culprit, the parasites.

When I saw these mixture on the internet, I was hesitant to try it at first, I am just grateful that I did try it. It was all worth it!

To make this wonder mix, you will need:

  • 100 grams of organic flaxseed
  • 10 grams of dried cloves

Here’s how you do it and some more tips and information:

  1. Using a coffee grinder, grind both of the ingredients until you have a very fine powder.
  2. Consume 2 tablespoons a day for 3 days and then give a gap of 3 days and then do it again for 3 days and then give a gap.
  3. Do it for a month for best results.  I like to mix mine with organic apple juice so it is up to you how you prefer to consume it, be it with your meal or water.
  4. The blend, once enters your gut, clings on to your intestinal wall, forcefully flushing off the parasites out from your body.
  5. There are known side effects while taking this mixture like rashes and discoloration of urine and stool, that’s okay, it means it’s working well.  Though personally I have not had any of these side effects.  So hoping the same for you too.

After just a little more than a week of doing so, I  have noticed a huge decline on sugar cravings, in fact the sight of a chocolate was not as inviting as it used to, it looked unappetizing at all.  I just wanted to drink lots of liquids especially water.  I’ve also observed that I feel full for a longer period of time, that gives me the opportunity to plan ahead for a healthier meal.

After 3 weeks of taking the mixture with gaps in between, my face is less bloated so as my stomach, I lost approximately 5 kgs after a month!  I feel more active and I started sleeping well, I feel healthier! 🙂

My friends and family saw the huge difference in my appearance hence they’ve started taking the mixture as well.

So maybe this is the remedy you’ve been waiting for?  Go ahead and try it and let me know the results in the comment section below.  All the best!!
